Google Sign-In
Reading and clapping for articles never require an account. When you choose to sign in with Google:
- We receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google
- We never see or store your Google password
- Your email is used for sign-in only and is not shown publicly
- You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings
Anonymous claps are tied to a random identifier stored in a cookie on your device, not to your identity.

- Correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion of your account and data

Eightblock is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected with an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
